What you do:

1. Trace a large bowl on each sheet of green construction paper and cut out with scissors.
2. Cut a V-shape on the bottom of both circles.
3. Staple the circles together, leaving the V-shape clear.
4. Stuff with cotton balls, cotton batting, or other material. This is your lily pad.
5. Glue the lily pad to the blue paper.
6. Cut 4 or 5 small circles from white construction paper and glue together to form a flower.
7. Use yellow highlighter (or cut a circle from yellow construction paper) for the middle of the flower.
8. Cut out 2 small rectangles from green construction paper to form a pillow.
9. Stuff the pillow, and staple closed.
10. Attach pillow to lily pad.
