Dr. Quack's Hat

What you need:
  • A plain white baseball cap
  • White foam
  • Black foam
  • Black marker
  • Dark brown marker
  • Silver pipe cleaner
  • Orange felt
  • Craft glue
  • Scissors

What you do:

  1. Cut out an orange felt piece large enough to cover the visor of the hat. Glue it in place.
  2. Cut out two 2-inch circles from the foam. Draw a black circle in the center of each eye (leaving a tiny area white) and draw a dark brown circle around the black circle.
  3. Cut out two 'eyebrows' from the black foam - Dr. Quack's eyebrows look like tadpoles.
  4. Glue on the eyes and the eyebrows.
  5. Cut out two small circles (about half an inch each) from the black felt. Glue them onto Dr. Quack's beak.
  6. Twist the silver pipe cleaner into two circles - these are glasses. Glue the center of the glasses to the hat.
