What you do:

1. Have a grown-up glue the paper towel tube into the flower pot with the hot glue.
2. Fit the half polystyrene ball on top of the paper towel tube, flat side down.
3. Have the grown-up use hot glue to secure the polystyrene ball in place.
4. Cover the polystyrene ball with a thin layer of craft glue.
5. Scrunch up the tissue paper and stick it all over the ball. Use more craft glue if you want to stick on more pieces of tissue paper.
6. When your tissue paper is dry, get a grown-up to glue on the jelly beans with hot glue.
