Crispy Bone Scones

- 1 cup butter
- 2/3 cup icing sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
What you do:
- Cream the butter and icing sugar. Gradually, add the flour and baking powder. Beat until the dough forms a ball. Make bone-shaped cookies, about 1/4-inch thick, out of the dough. You can use heart-shaped cookie cutters to make the bone ends and a rectangle to make the middle, and simply stick the dough together - or you can form the cookies by hand. Bake at 325 until golden around the edges.
You can use this shortbread dough to make all sorts of yummy cookies!
