What you need:
  • 1 large can diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced green pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp minced cilantro
  • Salt to taste
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • Blender

What you do:

  • Put all of the ingredients into a pot on the stove and simmer until all of the ingredients are cooked and some of the liquid has evaporated. Let cool. Spoon salsa into the blender and pulse a few times to break up any large chunks. Chill, then serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
