Sun Umbrella

What you need:
  • 8 bamboo skewers 6” long
  • 1 bamboo skewer 11” long
  • 1 cork
  • Construction paper
  • Tape
  • Scissors

What you do:

  1. Cut cork in half.
  2. Carefully push all 6” skewers around the outside of the cork.
  3. Next push the 11” skewer into middle of cork to make umbrella handle.
  4. Cut two pieces of construction paper to fit the diameter of the skewers, making sure to leave a hole for the cork.
  5. Use tape to secure construction paper to skewers.
