Sweet Sushi

What you need:
  • Square piece of soft fruit candy
  • Puffed rice cereal
  • Marshmallows
  • Butter
  • Wax paper
  • Pot
  • Spoon
  • Knife

What you do:

  1. Melt marshmallows and butter together, when completely melted add all the puffed rice cereal.
  2. Lay out a square piece of soft fruit candy on a piece of wax paper.
  3. Spread the puffed rice cereal mixture over the soft candy.
  4. Roll horizontally so that you have a one long piece of rolled cereal and fruit candy.
  5. Finally cut the roll of sweet sushi into disks to make it look like real sushi.
 
 
Adding chocolate chips or butterscotch chips to puffed cereal to add some variety!
