The majority of the ads your child sees in Webkinz World will be advertising Webkinz and Ganz related products. Occasionally, you may see an ad from a promotional partner (a company other than Ganz). If you’d prefer not to have ads from our promotional partners appear in Webkinz World, you can turn them off.
To turn off third party ads, just have your child log into their account. Go to “Me and My Pets” in the THINGS TO DO menu and click the “My Options” tab. You’ll see the option to turn off the ads.
You will NOT be able to turn the ads back on for 30 days after you’ve turned them off.
If you want to secure your decision so that only you will be able to turn the ads back on after 30 days, please choose a question and create a secret answer. When you do this, you protect your decision to keep the ads off. This gives you the option, as a parent, to decide whether or not you want to turn the ads back on.
