Dog House Bed

What you need:
  • Cereal box
  • Glue
  • Tape
  • Brown paper
  • Brown paint
  • Paint brush 
  • Old towel
  • Scissors

What you do:

  1. Cut the back off an old cereal box.  Make sure both ends and the front of the box are still intact. 
  2. Use the cardboard you cut out to make the headboard and the roof.
  3. Glue the headboard onto one short side of the cereal box. Use tape if you need to secure it.
  4. Glue the roof part on top of the headboard. Use tape if you need to secure it. 
  5. Cover all parts of the bed with brown paper.
  6. When all the glue is dry, use brown paint and make the bed look like wood and the roof look like it has shingles on it. 
  7. Use the old towel as bedding.
 
 
Using brown paint on brown paper sure does look like wood!
