- How will I know if I won? Where do I find my scores?
- There are 2 ways, with the VIEW MY RESULTS button and the TOURNAMENT ICON.
VIEW MY RESULTS button: When you have completed a tournament, you are taken back to the Arena. At the bottom right, click on the VIEW MY RESULTS button (it will be activated). For a BEST SCORE tournament, a Leaderboard shows what place you came in and how much KinzCash you won. For a BEST SCORE PLAYER VS. PLAYER tournament, a Tournament Ladder shows how you did, round by round.
Back at the Arena, you can also click on the game you played, choose the tournament type and the tournament you played, identified by the number of players that were in it (8, 16, etc.). If you choose correctly, the VIEW MY RESULTS button should light up.
TOURNAMENT ICON (Gold Cup): Sometimes you finish playing in a tournament before it ends. That means you'll find out the results later. In this case, the TOURNAMENT ICON, a Gold cup in the top left of your screen, will appear and start blinking. Click on it and then click YES to go to see your latest results.

- I tied with someone else - why did I lose?
- With the way we've set up all our games, it's really hard to tie. We decided that if there is a tie, the winner would be determined by a coin toss. With a coin toss you both have an equal chance of winning and since you both tied, we think this is a fair way to decide who wins.
- Why can't I invite my friend to play a game?
- Not all games in the Arena are available for the INVITE A FRIEND function. When you click on a game from the left panel, your Friends List must activate or brighten. If it doesn't, it means that game is not available at this time to invite a friend to play with.

- How is Chef Challenge scored?
- When you create a dish for the Webkinz Chef Challenge, certain judges will like certain ingredients more than others. For example, Ms. Birdy might love tomatoes. If she does, she'll give you a high score for using them in your recipe. If Dr. Quack hates licorice, he'll give you a lower score. Pay attention to the judge's comments and you'll see which judge likes which food. Remember which judge likes which foods for the next time you play, and you'll be able to figure out which foods to use to get the best score. Sometimes you might choose a hidden bonus ingredient. Each recipe has four hidden bonuses; when you find them, remember them. If you use a bonus ingredient, you'll get an even higher score!

- What is DiceKinz?
- DiceKinz is a collectable dice game that can be played against friends and the computer by clicking on the DiceKinz link in the Things to Do menu and against anyone in the Tournament Arena.
The goal of the game is to be the first around the board. You do this by rolling your dice and using the powers that appear to protect your Run dice and knock out your opponent's Run dice. At the end of each turn you move forward an amount of squares equal to the Run points you have showing.
The game can be a little tricky at first. We recommend that you watch the Tutorial and read the Instructions before playing. You can also play without buying any dice. Once you've gotten the game down a little, you can go to the W-Shop and buy your own dice to play with. There are 88 different dice to play with. Half the fun is deciding which dice to use!
- How do I add dice to my collection?
- You can add new dice to your DiceKinz collection by buying packs in the W Shop. Pet Packs come with 2 dice, one of which is a powerful Red die. Boosters come with 3 dice and Starters come with 6 dice, one of which is always a rare. You open these packs like gift boxes, by dragging them into your room. Your dice will not appear in your dock though. They are automatically placed in your Dice Collection. Press the Dice Collection button on the front page of the DiceKinz game to see them.
- Where did my dice go?
- DiceKinz dice do not appear in your dock like regular items. To see your dice, go to the DiceKinz game in the Things to Do menu. Then click on the "Dice Collection" button. All of your dice are there! Remember, you need to have at least six DiceKinz dice before you can make your own dice pool.
- Can I sell my dice back?
- You can sell unopened packs of DiceKinz to the W Shop like any other item, but once they have been opened they cannot be returned. DiceKinz dice do not appear in your dock like regular items. To see your dice, go to the DiceKinz game in the Things to Do menu. Then click on the "Dice Collection" button.
- Do you have any tips for playing DiceKinz?
- Here are some tips to help you out.
- Remember that you can only advance around the board if you have Run dice, so it is important to protect your Run dice with Blocks and Dodges if you can.
- When using your Wild dice, it is often best to turn them into Run dice, particularly if you're ahead. If they run 3 and you run 3, you're still ahead.
- You can Scare you own dice. Let's say you have a Scare 2 and they have a Dodge that you can't get around, and you have a Block die that isn't doing you any good because they don't have a Face. Scare your Block! You might lose the die (if it becomes a Face) but you might re-roll it into a Run die.
- Buy some DiceKinz dice from the W Shop. The 6 basic dice that we give in the game aren't the most powerful dice. By making your own dice pool (press on the Dice Collection button on the front page of DiceKinz to see your dice and make your pool) you can make more powerful sets of dice that will give you an edge!
Have fun playing DiceKinz.
- How often can I do a job?
- You can only do a job once every 8 hours. We have done this because we want your Webkinz pet to rest and play before they work again.
Remember; jobs pay really, really well so you can still make LOTS of KinzCash by doing them once every 8 hours. To see how long you have to wait until you can do your next job, look at the clock over Tabby's head in the Employment Office.
If you need further instructions, just click the yellow 'I' note (for Instructions) on the Job Board.
- Tabby said I don't have the prerequisite - how do I do the job?
- If you're trying to do a medium job that has a P on it that means you need special skills to do the job. Mouse over the P to find out what skills you need.
For example, right now you'll see a P on the Ms. Birdy's assistant job. To do that job, you have to have answered 100 language questions in any age group at Quizzy's. For more information about how the jobs work, please click on the 'I' on the job board for instructions.
- I don't get how a job works - can you give me more instructions?
- For more information about how the jobs work, please click on the 'I' on the job board for instructions.
